A friendly seasonal meet up for South Wales Autistic Women to walk around Roath Lake and its parks.
Meet at 11am by the Terra Nova Cafe in Roath Park. An informal relaxed walk around followed by a cuppa in the cafe.
Mostly tarmac footpaths some slightly rougher tracks in places.
Car parking around the park. On public transport route (might be limited due to date – please check ahead). Bring some cash for the cafe.

Under 5 km over flat terrain covering paths and track.
Is there a cost?
No this event is free.
Can I bring my dog?
Well behaved dogs on short lead can join in.
No need to book you can just turn up on the day for this event.
Please wear footwear and clothing appropriate for the weather.
