A friendly meet up for South Wales Autistic Women for a walk in Cardiff Bay.
Meet in front of the Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff Bay at 11am for a relaxed walk across the barrage and back. Opportunity to stay after the walk to join in with game of bowling at the Red Dragon Centre! (Pay on the Day if you want to play).
Flat path across the barrage and back. This walk is around 3 miles and likely to last around 1-1.5hrs depending on how fast we move and how many stops we make.

What to Bring: Weather-appropriate clothing, comfortable footwear, and any personal items you may need for the walk.
Children: This walk is exclusively for Autistic women and is designed to create a peaceful, adult-only space.
Dogs on short leads welcome on this walk.
