A friendly meet up for South Wales Autistic Women to walk around Cosmeston Country Park and Lakes.
Meet at 11:30 am near the Visitor Center by the Car Park for an informal and relaxed walk around followed by a cuppa.
A mix of tarmac and muddy footpaths some slightly rougher tracks in places. This walk is around 2 miles and likely to last around 1-1.5hrs depending on how fast we move and how many stops we make.
Car parking on-site charges apply.
Bring some cash for the cafe if you are planning to stay for a cuppa at the end of the walk.
What to Bring: Weather-appropriate clothing, comfortable footwear, and any personal items you may need for the walk.
Children: This walk is exclusively for Autistic women and is designed to create a peaceful, adult-only space.
Dogs on short leads welcome on this walk.
