A friendly meet up for South Wales Autistic Women to walk around Forest Farm.
Meet at 11am on Longwood Drive just off Coryton Roundabout near ASDA for an informal and relaxed walk around followed by a cuppa.
A mix of tarmac and muddy footpaths some slightly rougher tracks in places. Please note this walk lasts around 1.5hrs depending on how fast we move and how many stops we make. It is around 3 miles (although mostly flat) so do come prepared with something to eat/drink on route if necessary. Allow extra time for cuppa stop after the walk if you are planning to stay.
Car parking on Longwood Drive just down from ASDA see screeshot in discussion. Bring some cash for the cafe if you are planning to stay for a cuppa at the end of the walk.
Note ASDA & Starbucks have toilets. Parking in ASDA at present has 3 hours limit if using the store (short walk from there to meet point and suggested parking area). We can decide on location for post walk cuppa on the day as there are choices
What to Bring: Weather-appropriate clothing, comfortable footwear, and any personal items you may need for the walk.
Children: This walk is exclusively for Autistic women and is designed to create a peaceful, adult-only space.
Dogs on short leads welcome on this walk.
