About the Event:

This is a friendly meet-up for Autistic women in South Wales. Join us for a gentle, informal walk around Roath Lake and its parks, followed by the option to enjoy a cuppa together at the Terra Nova Café.

This walk provides a safe, welcoming space for Autistic women to connect, relax, and enjoy the outdoors.

Key Details:

Distance: Under 5 km over flat terrain, including paths and tracks.

Parking: Free parking is available around the park.

Public Transport: Accessible by public transport.

What to Bring: Weather-appropriate clothing, comfortable footwear, and any personal items you may need for the walk.

Dogs: Well-behaved dogs on short leads are welcome.

Children: This walk is exclusively for Autistic women and is designed to create a peaceful, adult-only space.
